Today's World Weather PowerPoint focuses on the coming trend change in North America that induces a more active weather pattern for southern California, Mexico and eventually the central and southern Plains during the week 2 and week 3 forecast periods. In the meantime, A ridge of high pressure will dominate Argentina for at least the next ten days limiting rainfall and inducing warmer than usual temperatures. Northern Brazil will see plenty of rain. In other news, Tropical Cyclone Kirrily will reach Queensland, Australia bringing some relief to dry cotton and sorghum areas. There will also be a new period of warm and dry weather beginning in southwestern Europe threatening Spain and northwestern Africa with more dry and warm conditions.
