- Tropical Disturbance moving across Florida today will have potential to become a tropical depression in the northeastern Gulf of Mexico (America)
- Some heavy rain will fall along the central and northeast Gulf of Mexico
- U.S. Weather will become more active later this week into next week with frequent storms in the northern Plains and Midwest
- High pressure building up in the southern U.S. should diminish rain across the interior southern Plains, central Delta and southern part sof the Tennessee River Basin
- Ridge Building in late July over Rocky Mountains and high Plains may bring rain to dry areas in northeastern Canada Prairies
- Not much relief expected in France, although some rain is expected
- Drought in lower Danube River Basin will prevail as well
- Eastern Ukraine to Russia's Southern Region will remain dry for winter crop harvest
- East-central China dryness to last another week before some relief is possible
- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh dryness should abate later this week, but other areas in interior western India will continue to dry out
- No changes in South America
