World Weather Highlights
- Not much rain expected in North China Plain this week, despite a few shower
- Not much rain expected from eastern Ukraine ot western Kazakhstan this week, despite a few showers
- India's rainfall is expected to be erratic with the inter south wettest this week
- temperatures will remain very warm to hot in the north half of India including the middle Ganges River Basin
- Western Australia and Victoria will get some rain this week
- Europe's wet weather is expected to break down this week
- Florida will get some needed rain later this week with some heavy rain possible in the far south including some sugarcane and southern citrus areas
- U.S. Midwest, Delta and interior southeastern states will be dry biased for a while
- West Texas rain is expected early this week
- South Texas will continue dry
- Thailand is unlikely to see much rain stressing rice, sugarcane and corn
